Optimized Psychological Consulting LLC is currently a virtual practice owned and operated by licensed Clinical Psychologist Dr. Ronda Jordan. My passion and specialty is working with individuals and groups experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma-related issues, self-esteem, personal growth, and goal setting. My mission after almost 20 years of practice is to provide the client with the best evidenced based care and an experience that will allow for personal growth and healthier living. Education and awareness are a key part of the practice with workshops and groups provided upon request to assist with issues in areas of body image, women's issues, sexual trauma, personal growth, and PTSD.
