    Teammate responsible for coordinating To-Go food business by consistently following Spurrier’s Gridiron Grille’s guidelines and procedures to accommodate To-Go orders for our guests. The To-Go teammate will take orders over the phone, will run food for To-Go guests, and will adhere to all guest relation standards directed by leadership.

    Server Assistant

    Teammate responsible for assisting the Server and delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to all guests. The Server Assistant will clear and reset tables, take dishes to the kitchen, stock bus stations, clean glass and silverware in a timely manner and within Spurrier’s Gridiron Grille guidelines.

    Teammate responsible for monitoring and restocking the bar inventory and prepare items such as mixers and garnishes for the bar team. The Barback will refill ice wells and take out trashes throughout the entirety shift.

    Bartender

    Teammate responsible for following the Spurrier’s Gridiron Grille recipe book, guidelines and procedures to prepare guest’s drinks. The Bartender will monitor and restock bar inventory, prepare mixers and garnishes, and check guest’s IDs adhering to the Company’s responsible service of alcohol and cash handling policies.
