Hector Cintron has been a Chef for the last 15 years and has worked in well known restaurants in South Florida like 32 East in Delray Beach, Fl., as Sous Chef, Timpano in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. as Executive Chef and Max's Grille in Boca Raton as Executive Chef as well. This year he decided it was time and felt ready to have his own restaurant and along with his wife, Veronica, and sister and sister's husband, we started the business. We are hoping to bring Gainesville, South Florida flavors with a Floribbean type of cuisine which is a combination of the different cultures of the Caribbean and Latin America that have emigrated to Florida.
