    The Hippodrome Theatre is North Florida's most celebrated producing arts organization. Located in the heart of Gainesville's historic downtown, the Hippodrome offers mainstage professional theatre, art-house cinema, visual art gallery, theatre education classes for young people, full-service facility rentals, and concessions.

    The Hippodrome Theatre has been operating as a professional, producing regional theatre since 1973. No visit to Gainesville is complete without taking in a show at the Hipp!
