UF's Customized Solutions through Executive Education provides tailored leadership development services to corporations and organization upon request. Our team works with leaders or HR representatives to address a wide variety of leadership challenges. We facilitate strategic planning sessions; design and deliver leadership development as well as project and process management courses for all levels as well as assess leadership gaps; facilitate creation,improvement and implementation of succession plans; facilitate changes in organizational culture; and provide speakers and performances by the Institute’s Business Theatre Troupe for corporate events.
