Marketing Data & Insights Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Role:
Leverages data and analytics to inform business decisions by pulling, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights while streamlining data processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Supports the development of analytical frameworks, data models, measurement approaches, and visualizations that impact strategic decision-making. Develops and implements code-based solutions (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs) to support, enhance, and update marketing systems and core system processes, including system integrations and automation, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness.

- Leverages complex data to identify trends, uncover strategic opportunities, and drive marketing effectiveness, member growth, and enhanced member experience.
- Translates campaign performance and business objectives into actionable insights and recommendations that inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Assists in developing analytic frameworks, data models, and measurement strategies to support marketing performance and optimization.
- Develops and maintains audience segmentation, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators and campaign outcomes.
- Builds and manages data queries (e.g., SQL) to deliver accurate, timely, and reliable insights, while ensuring data integrity and clear requirements documentation.
- Develops and implements code-based solutions (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs) to support, enhance, and update marketing systems and core system processes, including system integrations and automation, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness.
The hours for this position are:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration OR
- A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions may be substituted.

$75,300.00 - $90,400.00 Salary
